Sign up for the Fixit Clinic in Carlsbad

Join the City of Carlsbad for a hands-on Fixit Clinic and repair event! Get help fixing small appliances, electronics, bikes, clothing and more. City staff and volunteers will provide workspace, specialty tools and guidance to help you take items apart and troubleshoot. Even if an item cannot be fixed, you will learn more about how it was made and how it works.

At this event, bring the family to:

• Mend back-to-school items like clothes, backpacks, lunch boxes and more
• Swap gently used school supplies
• Learn back-to-school sustainable tips & trick
• Engage with creative strategies to love your leftovers and prevent food waste
