For ages 18 months to 36 months: Join us for a special 20 to 30-minute interactive costume Storytime with songs and fingerplay. Stay after for a costume parade around the library and develop social skills with a 15-minute group play time. Bring your costume.

Toddler Time will take place in the Gowland Meeting Room. Due to limited seating, a free ticket per person of all ages is needed for admission. Free tickets are distributed starting at 9:00 AM at the Children's Area Staff Desk and the program begins at 9:30 AM.
