In this presentation, Stephen discusses ways to make gardening more accessible to people with physical challenges, seniors with mobility issues, or anyone just looking to learn techniques to make their garden work for them. Stephen will also discuss how connecting with nature can boost your mental health and help you cultivate a peaceful and healing space.</p><p><b>Presenter Bio: </b>Stephen Cantu is a two-time Paralympian and UCCE Master Gardener.
