DESCRIPTION:<div><p>Liz Woodward and Jodi Bay present “Preserving Your Harvest: Best Practices for Handling and Storing the Produce From Your Garden for Optimal Freshness.”&nbsp;Using research-based guidance from the UC ANR, participants learn how proper postharvest care protects food quality, flavor and safety.</p><p><b>Presenter Bio: </b>Liz Woodward and Jodi Bay have been UCCE Master Food Preservers since 2022. They enjoy the delight the public has when learning how to safely preserve their harvest for long-term storage.
