Designed for readers in grades six through eight, this program promotes recreational reading through an incentive-based approach. Readers will log the title of every book they read in Beanstack. As readers progress through the program, they will earn pins to keep track of their achievements and will complete the program after reading 50 books. 

What rewards can a reader earn? 

• Registration: One free book and a branded Carlsbad City Library pin board
• Every 10 books: Reading achievement pin to keep track of progress
• Completion: After reading 50 books, readers will earn a graduation lei that they can attach their pins to and wear during their promotion ceremony
