On Monday, we observed Veterans Day—a time to reflect on the service and sacrifices of those who have served in our nation’s military.

Help select artist for Barrio public art

Last year, we received input from the community on the vision for the public art that will be featured in the center of a new traffic circle in the Barrio at Pine Avenue and Harding Street, one of the gateways into the Barrio.

Totes Thankful returns Nov. 4

In the spirit of gratitude and giving, Carlsbad City Library is spreading the joy of Thanksgiving throughout the month of November.

All library locations closed for half-day on Oct. 31 for staff training

All Carlsbad City Library locations, including the Cannon Gallery and Sculpture Garden, will be closed until 3 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31 to accommodate annual staff training.
