Artists of all ages are welcome to visit the City of Carlsbad Cultural Arts Pop Up Booth at the 4th Annual Carlsbad Artwalk. 

Join the City of Carlsbad's Arts Education team members for a hands-on arts experience. No prior experience is needed to create your whimsical windchime using colorful fibers, beads and bells.
