1000 Books Before Kindergarten The Carlsbad City Library is offering an easy, fun and free program that puts children on the path to success. 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten is a nationwide program that encourages parents to instill the enjoyment of reading to their little ones. Children from ages birth to 5 years old are eligible to enroll in the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program. |

Baby Lapsit is held in the Leichtag Family Foundation Room inside the Dove Library Children’s Area. Free ticket required and will be distributed morning of event, seating limited.
