We all want to be able to find our ancestors and only have to look once to find them. A Global Family Tree, in theory, should make that happen, because a Global Family Tree should be one profile per person who ever lived. We'll take a look at all the "Global Family Trees" out there now. We will see if they truly are global and also see how they handle DNA tests or testers and matches within the Global Family Tree environment.
The DNA Interest Group is a partnership program between Carlsbad City Library and the North San Diego County Genealogical Society. This program is designed to educate and inform people about the use of DNA testing for genealogical purposes through lectures on DNA. The DNA Interest Group is open to people who have all levels of computer and genealogy experience.
